Registration Information

  • Speaker Registration Rates
    • Please see below for your registration options, discount codes provided in your confirmation email.
      • Day you are speaking = Free
      • Full Conference = 90% off
        • Conference 2-Day Pass = $170
        • JPIM Research Forum + Conference 2-Day Pass = $229
      • Conference Add-Ons must be purchased at full price
      • If you would like to bring additional members from your company they would need to register separately.
    • We do not operate a “pay to play” conference for speaking engagements. That said, another option for “free passes” is to sponsor our event as an exhibitor or Silver, Gold or Platinum sponsor – each comes with some number of registrations.

Tips and Tricks for a good Presentation

  • Limit the amount of information on each slide
  • Do not use more than four colors in your presentation
  • Avoid red letters, which are difficult for some people to read
  • The best readability comes from high contrast of intensity
  • Rehearse your presentation prior to the conference

Presentation and Handout Submission

  • Presentation and handouts are due August 28.
  • Please submit your handouts/presentation in PDF/PPT/Word format
  • If you are planning on bringing handouts, please contact Anna Buan at abuan@pdma.org for information on how many handouts to print.
  • Handouts and presentations will be made available to attendees through the mobile app. Please provide your handouts and presentations by August 28 in order to provide these materials to attendees prior to the conference.

Description of Audience – demographics, number of attendees, estimated number of attendees/session

  • We will have approximately 30 educational sessions during the duration of the conference
  • We will have approximately 300 to 350 people in attendance
  • Over 30% of PDMA’s attendees are a director or higher
  • Attendees top areas of interest are; new product process, market research, teams, people & organizational issues, strategy, lifecycle management, tools & metrics, and portfolio management

Session Length(s) and type(s)

  • There will be keynotes and 4 different conference tracks
  • Sessions will generally be about an hour in length with about 45-50 minutes of presentation and about 10-15 minutes for Q&A at the end
  • Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your presentation so we can get you set up and make sure you have what you need in the room you present in
