Registration

This is a FREE event. RSVP today by clicking the button above!

Description

An intimate evening hosted by PDMA in collaboration with Roundtable Ventures, bringing together product leaders, founders, and builders for thoughtful conversations, audience interaction, and meaningful connections. We’re excited to have an incredible lineup of speakers from across various industries with a focus on AI, with discussions moderated by Sagnik Dey!

This is designed to be more than a panel - it’s a chance for founders, product managers and AI enthusiasts to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build connections in a smaller, more conversational setting.

Learning Objectives

Learn how product leaders are thinking about building and scaling AI-driven products across different industries.

Understand practical lessons from leaders who have worked across startups, Big Tech, healthcare, fintech, and AI infrastructure.

Explore how founders and product managers can identify real customer problems, separate AI hype from product value, and build products that users actually trust and adopt.

From PM to Product Builder: How to Train Your Product Team to Ship in Days, Not Quarters

PDMA SF Bay Area

PDH Credit: 1

Registration

This is a FREE event. RSVP today by clicking the button above!

Description

A 1-hour live session for Heads of Product, CPOs, and Product Leaders running product teams in the AI era.

The bet

PMs who learn to ship with Claude Code today will outpace those who don't by 10x or more within 12 months, and the teams that train them first compound that lead. The core idea: Claude Code isn't just a coding tool, it's the operating system that supports a PM across the entire lifecycle of building an application, from the first insight to the release.

What you'll see live

I'll put myself in the shoes of a PM on a real open-source project, Excalidraw (120,000+ GitHub stars), and walk the full lifecycle live. In 30 minutes you'll see one PM:

Capture insights without a data team, via an agent that mines GitHub Issues, Hacker News, and competitor changelogs into a ranked weekly digest.

Vibe-code a prototype that follows the production design system without a designer, shipped on a real branch, not in Figma.

Decide build vs. hand-off, using an agent that sorts work into "PM-shippable" vs. "needs engineering."

Ship end-to-end with no engineering ticket: branch, build, test against the real use case, and push V2 in one prompt.

Release without a marketing team, via an agent that turns the merged PR into a changelog, launch tweet, and 60-second demo script.

These recurring agents are the start of a "Feedback OS": Claude Code piping product and competitive intel to your PMs every Monday, no analytics team required.

What you'll leave with

A framework to judge if your team is ready to make the shift, and the exact syllabus we use to take teams from PMs to Product Builders (available as a public cohort or a private 1-day workshop on your own codebase).

By the end of this hour, you'll walk away with three things:

A clear answer to what the "Product Builder" everyone is talking about actually is. The PM job is splitting in two, and I'll show you exactly which side your team needs to be on.

An understanding of why Claude Code is the perfect tool for Product Builders. Not another prototype tool, but the one that lets a PM ship into production responsibly.

Concrete use cases you can implement to 10x your development team's leverage. The recurring agents and workflows that change what a single PM can ship in a week.

About the Speaker

Jules Boiteux, Founder, Vibe Coding Academy

After six years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, I now run Vibe Coding Academy, an e-learning platform helping PMs and product teams become Product Builders, fully autonomous throughout the lifecycle of developing a new feature. The rise of AI was a turning point: I went from a no-code background to full autonomy in shipping production-ready applications. The same transition is now happening for Product teams.
