The Foundations of Innovation are a series of sessions devoted to providing a foundational approach to innovation. The multi-part series includes sessions devoted to:

Foundations of Innovation 6: We started the Foundations series with a discussion regarding purpose, behavior change, emotional resonance and many others. Among the main goals of innovation is to break out of the commodity cycle and gain some daylight between you and your competitors

Join Doug Powell and PDMA Carolinas as we delve into how Customer Experience is often the differentiator and can provide an incredible strategic advantage.

Note that while maximum benefit is obtained by attending all the Foundations courses, each course is stand-alone and does not require attendance at previous courses in the series.
