Joshua Cohen is an intellectual property counselor and founder of RatnerPrestia’s Design Rights Group, which protects product designs ranging from luxury automobiles and timepieces to consumer electronics for some of the world’s leading design–forward companies. Joshua has authored numerous publications about IP law and strategy, and is a Lecturer in graduate programs of New York University, Lehigh University, and Thomas Jefferson University.  Joshua is President Emeritus and Board Chair of PDMA Philadelphia.
