Michael O'ConnorDr. Michael O'Connor is the Director Strategy and Project Management with Medtronic Corporate Science and Technology. He received his Bachelors in Project Management, holds Graduate degrees in Project Management, Technology Management and Business Administration and earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, majoring in Project Management. He was selected as an American society for Quality Fellow (ASQ), selected as a Medtronic Technical Fellow, selected as an American Academy of Project Management Fellow (AAPM), selected as an Association for Project Management Fellow (APM) and selected as a Biomedical Engineering Society Fellow (BMES). He is a (PDMA) NPDP, (PMI) PMP@, PgMP@, (IPMA) IPMA-B certified, (PM) CPD, (AAPM) MPM, CIPM and CPRM.


Ernie HarrisErnie Harris is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Interesting Blazer, a product and innovation management consulting firm specializing in early-stage business grov'Rh, product launches, portfolio rationalization and pricing analysis. Ernie is the current President of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) — a global professional association with chapters in more than 30 countries. Ernie holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Ernie has been at the heart of transformation in several industries.


Wayne FisherWayne Fisher is the founder Rockdale Innovation, his firm specializes in training, facilitation, and application of New Product Development best practices. His team brings a diverse network of Innovation Guides that combine deep subject matter expertise with vast experience In creative problem-solving facilitation to guide teams through customized innovation workshops. Wayne holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has been granted 18 US patents.


Kendall ScheerKendall Scheer is a program Executive with One Network, Inc. He is a former VP and CIO for a $2.28 division of a global conglomerate, a Supply Chain Information Officer for a $28B multi-national and an eCommerce subcommittee chairman for an international standards organization. Kendall has also worked for a large IT outsourcer, two of the three largest software companies and the world and has consulted on developing IT solutions and business service processes for more than 30 years. Kendall brings expertise in aligning manufacturing with business services, supply chain, IT and aligning them to business strategy.

Ron CrabtreeRon Crabtree has over 30 years' experience in organizational & business innovation and transformation and along the way, more than 20 years in procurement and supply chain. He is an internationally recognized expert in cutting-e dge business process improvement methodologies. Ron is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, having helped train and certify thousands of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma belts and driving hundreds of $millions in value for clients. He is the author / co-author of 5 books on Operational Excellence.
