    Your Opportunity

    To teach the PDMA NPDP Certification Exam Preparation Review for fun and/or profit.

    The Education Provider Classifications

    Registered Education Provider (REP): an individual service provider who is qualified and approved to deliver the PDMA NPDP Certification Exam Prep Review for-profit

    Academic Education Provider (AEP): an individual affiliated with a college or university who is qualified and approved to deliver the PDMA NPDP Certification Exam Prep Review as part of the institution's curriculum or via for-profit opportunities sponsored by the institution

    The Requirements

    • Be a PDMA member (regular or academic) in good standing
    • Be New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certified in good standing
    • Provide evidence of teaching skills and experience
    • Provide a letter from 3 teaching references
    • Read and become familiar with the primary resources in NPD as listed in the NPDP References and Reading List
       

    Your Investment

    • Pay an annual licensing fee of $1,500 to PDMA after you are approved as an Education Provider by PDMA. Approved Education Providers are also required to sign the NPDP Certified Education Provider License Agreement annually.
    • Annual relicensing is contingent on paying the licensing fee, signing the license agreement and re-approval of the PDMA Certficiation Committee based on teaching performance during the previous year.

      • Available purchase of Clickable Ads for $500 annually for the NPDP Home Page

    Special Note to PDMA Chapters

    PDMA chapters are encouraged to promote NPDP Certification and to offer the NPDP Review to their chapter. The preferred vehicle to do this is by developing a professional and/or business relationship with a local or proximate Education Provider who is willing to deliver the NPDP Review to the chapter.
