CDMA was the result of a recognized need for a unified, international organization that strengthens the business professional’s ability to build and grow companies. In May 2009, CDMA joined PDMA, becoming the latter's first Special Interest Group (SIG). To focus CDMA's mission, its name became the Chemical Development and Marketing Association, a Special Interest Group of PDMA. CDMA will continue its mission in support of fostering growth of the chemicals and materials value chains. Sustainable Innovation SIG The Sustainable Innovation Special Interest Group (SIG) is a virtual group of like-minded PDMA members and invited guests. The vision of the Sustainable Innovation SIG is to profitably improve the environmental and social impacts of corporate product and service portfolios though the advancement of sustainable innovation principles and best practices.
