Andy Singleton CEO and Founder, Assembla, Inc.
Andy Singleton is the founder of Assembla, where he leads an Agile software development team that crosses 15 countries. He has built more than 20 software and information products. He founded PowerSteering Software, a company providing project portfolio management software and Cambridge Interactive, an eBusiness developer. Andy speaks frequently on webinars and has presented at events hosted by professional organizations such as Agile New England and companies like Perforce and WANdisco. He most recently published the eBook “Unblock! A Guide to the New Continuous Agile” (available at http://www.continuousagile.com/unblock/). He has a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard.
John Apgar is a senior product manager at Diebold. He is responsible for assigned product lines from initial development through the entirety of the product's lifecycle. He directs the changes required for product design, support, features, improvement, and obsolesence to address current or new market segments.
With 13 years of marketing experience, John has held roles in product management, business development, and strategic marketing prior to his current role. John holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
