    Information

Winner of the 2013 PDMA Dissertation Proposal Competition, Nicole Lasky, is conducting an exciting study on radical innovation and skunk works, with the objective to dispel the myths of innovation and demonstrate a radically different process to that of incremental innovation. This is part of a PhD at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

    Who?

We are seeking principal radical innovators (people who are central to the process of innovation) and managers of radical innovation projects. Radical means new to the world products, as well as new to the firm. It often creates a dramatic change that transforms existing markets or industries, or creates new ones.

    How Long?

We ask for 30 minutes to 1 hour of your time for an in-depth interview, which may take place in person, by phone, or by Skype.

    In Return?

In return, you will obtain a report on the benchmark for the radical innovation process and skunk works at the end of the study. This will provide practical advice to managers on how to organize radical innovation projects for the highest potential of success.

Please contact Nicole Lasky on n.lasky@unsw.edu.au to arrange a time.
