This Webcast took place on September 12th, 2013. To download the webcast recording from our online store click here.

This webcast is an introduction to the research and principles that led to the development of a proven and reliable system for the “front end” of innovation, known as Innovation Engineering. Innovation Engineering transforms innovation from a random event into a reliable, scientific system for profitable growth. This system creates a culture of never-ending innovation within organizations that delivers increased innovation speed (up to 6x), decreased risk (30 to 80%) and increased success (250%+) on the fuzzy front end. Innovation Engineering was inspired by the breakthrough work on “quality” by Edward Deming.

The Innovation Engineering system was developed, researched and implemented in collaboration with the Eureka!Ranch, the University of Maine Foster Innovation Center and the NIST Division of the U.S. Commerce Department. Innovation Engineering was even adopted as a University degree program at a number of schools due to the firm science and data behind its systemic approach.

Join Bruce Hall for the September 12, 1:00-2:00pm CT (Chicago) / 2:00-3:00 EST (New York) Webcast, where you will learn:

    •  How to create a culture of “never-ending” innovation in your organization.
    •  How to increase speed and decrease risk in the front end of your innovation system
    •  About the leading edge technology capabilities and tools you need to accelerate your innovation efforts, including search tools to efficiently find productive academic articles, IP for sale, active IP, inventions, and more.

This webcast will include several rare videos that feature Dr. W. Edward Deming.
