Corporate Learning Group on Open Innovation

The mission of PDMA's corporate membership program is to promote organic economic growth through enhanced open innovation capability. The Corporate Learning Group on Co-Development/Open Innovation has the following objectives:

• To promote the development of capability, processes and practices that result in improvement in innovation through co-development and open innovation.
• To enable access to existing "best practice" knowledge and experience through networking and collaboration.
• To create new knowledge through collaboration, sharing, and experimentation.
• To enhance effective open innovation practices which are critical for innovation and global competitiveness.

The Corporate Learning Group has a unique focus on co-development and open innovation management. There is now new thinking and more evidence of the value of open innovation to success and growth. PDMA aims to facilitate links between people and organizations that have knowledge and expertise. It provides access to the latest international resources to help keep up with new thinking and world-class practices and integrate them for success and growth.
