Bios:

Marni Hockenberg, Hockenberg Search Ms. Hockenberg has more than two decades of recruiting and business consulting experience and provides retained Executive Search Services for Senior Leadership positions in the Manufacturing industry. Marni helps businesses find, recruit, and retain top senior leadership talent. Before establishing Hockenberg Search, she was co-founder of The Hiring Experts, where she provided searches for companies of all sizes and in most industries. She is frequently sought out as a speaker and expert commentator on hiring- and employment-related issues, and has appeared on Fox 9 news, been quoted by the Star Tribune, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal; Monster.com, Upsize Magazine, and CollegeRecruiter.com, to name a few.

Joanne Meehl, Joanne Meehl Career Services Ms. Meehl is a career coach who helps professionals market themselves. She partners with successful professionals who want to pave the runway to their next success, and the career-oriented who are between jobs. She has done outplacement consulting at Lee Hecht Harrison, worked at the Dislocated Worker career center, was director of a college career center, and has two career management books published. Joanne has been quoted in articles in the Star-Tribune, Boston Globe, and on CNN.com, and has spoken on career issues on KARE-11 News, Twin Cities Live (KSTP) and Fox 9 News.

Katie Konrath, Ideas To Go Ms. Konrath has been deeply involved in creativity and innovation for nearly 20 years. She’s worked with innovation guru Edward de Bono, earned a Master’s degree in Creativity and Innovation, studied TRIZ in St Petersburg, Russia and is a former Global Champion in the Destination Imagination Creative Problem Solving Competition. She's a columnist for the Personal Branding Blog -- a top-five ranked career blog -- and her own blog, GetFreshMinds.com, was named a leading innovation blog by Guy Kawasaki. Today, Katie helps Fortune 500 clients uncover Consumer Insights and generate new product, service and positioning ideas at leading innovation company Ideas To Go. Katie understands the power of demonstrating creativity to land the perfect job, and will share the unique approach and innovative tactics she used to make her dream job a reality.

Morgan Kinross-Wright, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota Ms. Kinross-Wright has worked as Director of the Carlson School of Management’s Undergraduate Business Career Center since 2005. She is responsible for the career development services, employer relations and business development for more than 2000 Carlson undergraduate students. She has additional public and private work experience, along with an MBA from the Ross School at the University of Michigan and an MS in counseling from Minnesota State University-Mankato. Morgan is active in the community and is the vice chair of the Board of Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF). Morgan spends free time with husband Dirk and their son
